Happy Haunting!

Soooo, I know I’ve told everyone we know that we were not really doing Halloween this year due to our wedding being two days after, and I stand by that, buuuttt we really couldn’t completely skip out. Halloween is just really our thing and it would be pretty “off brand” if we didn’t throw together a Halloween look.

I will say this though, with the exception of my hair piece, bouquet, and the grease paint, we didn’t buy anything for these costumes. So, in a way, we did keep it pretty simple 😉

And you already know that with all that face makeup, I was certainly NOT doing it on actual Halloween, risking a sudden breakout 2 days before our big day. We went and shot our looks a couple weeks ago and have just been dying to share them (pun intended).

I’ve shared some more spooky shots over on my IG- @amandac_smith. Comment a skull emoji so I know you found me from here, and I’ll give a follow back!

You can spend extra time prepping and planning your Halloween costume, even making it yourself! If you need some inspo, I’ve got you covered! Joey and I make/put together our costumes every year and have a blast doing it! Click here, here, and here! […]

  3. […] Last year, we actually spent Halloween in skeleton onesies packing a rental car up with all the things we had bought for the wedding! We had a rehearsal brunch on Nov. 1st and brought everything down to Topanga Canyon from Orange County that day. It was A LOT of work but worth it! Because I knew we wouldn’t have time to “fully” participate in Halloween on the actual day, we dressed up for some fun photos the week before! To see last year’s costumes, click here. […]
