5 Books I Could Read Over and Over

There are probably a good handful of books that if I was stranded on a deserted island, I would have no problem bringing with me and reading repeatedly till the end of time. These are the ones that immediately came to my mind without having to really dig through the memory bank lol (I think that serves as proof that they really are good ones that stuck with me!

+ The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho : I feel like this book is such a classic and just typing it out here makes me want to re-read it for probably the 5th or 6th time. It’s also one of those books where you can re-read at different stages of life and get something entirely different out of the book than you did before.

+ By the River Piedra I sat down and Wept, Paulo Coelho : Another one of the books that you can read at different phases of life and learn something new every time. The first time I read this book was in high school and I’ve read it twice since then and have just about highlighted every page in the book.

+ Devil in The White City, Erik Larson : A historical fiction book that is captivating the entire way through. Loved reading it and it quickly set the bar high for books following it.

+ Daisy Jones and The Six, Taylor Jenkins Reid : I mean come on. This is for sure one of my all time favorite books and although the Amazon series was different, it was also SO SO good!

+ Girl, Wash Your Face : this is a good “reshaping your perspective” read! My mom got it for me probably like 5 years ago and I still reference notes from it throughout my days.

Do you know what your deserted island books are? Any recommendations?
