An All-American 4th of July!

If you’ve read any of my Fourth of July posts before, you know that we have a tradition of spending the Fourth at Joey’s parents’ house, where the entire neighborhood joins in for a HUGE block party; complete with renting and decorating golf carts to ride throughout the neighborhood. Everyone sets up tables and games on their lawns and joins in, most neighbors even passing out water and sharing their buffet bbq meals.

It’s always such a blast and we feel SO lucky to spend the holiday the way we do. It feels like such a rarity that an entire neighborhood full of people, regardless of whether or not you know someone, is waving, cheering, making small talk, and just actually getting to know their neighbors.

We spent the day playing croquet, corn hole, Headbandz, dancing, and riding around!

You can watch the video above for a first hand look at how we spent our Holiday!

What did everyone else do for the Fourth?
