My favorite Orange County bike trail

Well after a full year and 2 months, I’ve finally settled on my ALL TIME FAVORITE Orange County bike trail. If you’ve been a reader of OnAnotherCoast, or if you follow my fiancé and/or I, you know by now that we absolutely love riding bikes.

This happens to be one of the reasons we’ve fallen in love with Orange County; there are TONS and TONS of different bike paths, trails, routes, etc. If you’re feeling like a local ride around your neighborhood, easy! Even the major streets have bike lanes painted in. If you want to ride to the beach, easy as pie. You can literally bike to the beach off any trail through the mountains and catch absolutely GORGEOUS views along the way. My second favorite ride happens to be a beach ride, following the ocean from Dana Point all the way to San Clemente. If you’re the nature loving type (like me), you’ll love riding through some rigid terrain, across water, and throughout the mountains like we did for what I’ve officially deemed as my all time favorite bike trail.

The view the entire time is completely stunning. Everything is so green and serene. You can hear the crickets chirping, frogs croaking, and the water flowing. And the entire time you’re just riding throughout a canyon with break taking views of the mountains surrounding you.

Don’t believe me? Join me in a new little series I’m calling Two Minute Tuesdays where I’ll share 2 minutes of something worth while that I did over the weekend. Watch below to see the beauty of my all time favorite bike trail! Happy first ever #TwoMinuteTuesday!

xoxo,

Amanda
