DAY V- Saturday, May 23rd
We were up early for extra power hour! When you stay at a Disney resort, you get to enter the park an hour before other guests. And we definitely took advantage of it!
Our second day at Disney Paris was all about Adventure World! We ended up finishing everything relatively early so we did hop back over to the Disneyland side for a bit before returning to Adventure World for our dinner reservation at 5:15 pm.
When we got into the park, we stopped at a cafe cart for some donuts while we walked our way to the Frozen area!

Arendelle- the new Frozen land just opened in March of this year at Disneyland Paris, so we were SO excited to be getting there just in time to experience it!
This side of the park is very small and it definitely needs all the upgrades and re-theming that Disney has planned. The Frozen area 1000/10, my daughter was obsessed and loved the entire area, literally walking through Arendelle was a dream come true for her. The Rataotuille area, also 1000/10, other than that- the entire park on this side needs some TLC.
They did have an entire section closed off and under construction which they just announced at D23 this week that they’re building a Lion King Land! It looks so cool and I definitely think they’re really going to ramp up the park in the next couple years.
Favorite things we did in this park:
+ Frozen Ever After : Obviously 10/10. This is the same ride that we have at EPCOT in Florida, but they have an entire Arendelle so they’re set up blows ours out of the water lol. It was so beautiful!
+ The Sunflower Festival : a little boat show they have inside Arendelle on the water, where the characters come out on boats! There’s a whole little play and it’s so fun and exciting. ALSO! This show is on the water and the main viewing area is on a bridge overlooking the water- what I thought was so great is that they had an entire section of the front of the bridge completely roped off and for children ONLY! I respected this so much because if they didn’t have this, like there’s no way kids would be able to see through the crowds enough to see the show. My daughter LOVED the show and loved seeing Elsa in action and using all her magic powers! 😉

+ Raiponce Tangled Spin : also a new attraction! opened in March 2026, a cute tea cup like ride where you spin around all the lanterns!

+ Ratatouille L’Aventure Totalement Toquee de Remy : we did this one twice, we loved it so much! It’s our family favorite for sure. We have this ride in the France Pavilion in EPCOT at DisneyWorld in Florida, but this one in Paris is WAY better. The main difference is in Florida, you have to wear the 3D glasses and it’s a 3D ride when you’re watching the screens, the ride is the same in Paris, only it’s not in 3D so no glasses are necessary. This was better for the kids for obvious reasons, but I also like the no glasses thing better too because the glasses on rides make me nauseous most of the time.

+ CARS Road Trip : this had a crazy long wait but was something completely new to us so it was a must-do on our list. You board a tram and it takes you around a road where there are little scenes with the life size CARS characters set up. I have to admit, it wasn’t super exciting but there is one part where there’s a huge surprise and it got us and our kids good. So for that reason, I’d say it’s worth the wait to just check it out at least once! If it was here in California, we definitely wouldn’t wait over 10 minutes for it, I can tell you that for sure.

We did basically every ride in both parks, but I’m just detailing the rides that were a little different than what we’re used to back home! After finishing Adventure World, which was around 3 pm (see what I mean by small?), we hopped back to the Disneyland side and got in line to do the train around the park (literally one of my favorite things to do at night at Disneyland here at home).
SO, you can get all the way around our park in less than 30 minutes, guaranteed, every time. I read that it takes the same amount of time, roughly 20 minutes to get around the park in Paris. HOWEVER, they literally stop at almost every stop to re-fuel the train, which adds about another 10 minutes to each stop. I’m not sure what exactly is their problem or what but we basically got on the train and made it 2 stops and then had to BOOK it back to the front of the park because we were getting too close to our 5:00 pm reservations at Bistrot Chez Remy, which I spent 3 months trying to get and WAS NOT GOING TO MISS! So we raced back and made it on time to check in to the restaurant.
This restaurant is exclusive to Disneyland Paris and is hands down the best themed restaurant probably in existence at a Disney theme park. It is SO cute! You walk in and feel like you’ve shrunken to the size of a mouse. The tables are all made out of plates and salt and pepper shakers, it’s all SO cute! I definitely understood after being there why it was so hard to get a reservation here.

We finished dinner and then walked around the park again to do some shopping and then walked to their World of Disney store in their Disney Village. We needed to buy a suitcase for the merch (lol) and found a cute little Aristocats one that my daughter loved. After, we walked back to the hotel, by this time it was 8:30 pm. We grabbed all our laundry and then walked to a nearby hotel (like a 10 minute walk) that had an on site laundry room for us to do all our laundry before our flight to Italy the next morning.

Our hotel had a laundry service but they charged PER ITEM and when we did the math, it was going to cost us about 800 euros to do all our laundry! So we called the front desk and they told us about one of the other Disney hotels that had an on site laundry mat where guests could do their own laundry, we definitely opted for that. We walked to the other hotel, about a 15 minute walk, which we did bring the stroller for, to help carry the kids and the laundry.
We started the laundry and then wandered around the hotel a bit while we waited! Disney Hotel Cheyenne was the hotel and it’s an old Western themed hotel. We got some ice cream from the gift shop while we waited too.
It was close to midnight when we made it back to our hotel. We got the kids to bed and then packed us all up for our flight the next day!

I’ll do a full review on the hotel because I’ve gotten a lot of questions about it! But I’ll end with this- Disneyland Paris is pure magic. It is beautiful in every way and was just such a dream to be there. I feel like I’m saying that phrase SO much in these posts but I don’t know how else to explain it. It was just a dream, I felt like I was on cloud 9 the entire time and I’ll absolutely never forget it.
