One of my new year’s intentions this year was to remove any toxic ingredients from our home- that was an all encompassing task and included cleaning products, soaps, lotions, foods, etc. I’m proud to report that we’re doing pretty well on that front!

I had skin cancer on my neck when I was 16 years old (thanks to lots of sun exposure playing soccer), so I don’t skimp on any area!
