I don’t know why but designing the nursery this go around seemed much, much simpler than the first time. I’m chalking it up to already having/knowing what was needed without having to do much research- baby wipe warmer, humidifier, nightlight, rocking chair, crib, baby monitor, you know all the necessities. The crib and rocking chair came straight from Avery’s nursery. We transitioned her into a big girl bed a few months ago, so that she was well adjusted before baby boy gets here and so that we could use her crib in his room without getting a new one! + crib : this was Avery’s crib, so not a new purchase. Just had to get some little boy mattress covers.

+ rocking chair : ours is the Oatmeal Basketweave texture/color, also straight from Avery’s old room!

+ rug : got at Target! I can’t find a link, sorry!

+ macrame dream catcher : we bought this in Sedona while on our babymoon before Avery was born, hung it above her crib when she was a baby, so it feels a little special incorporating it in baby boy’s nursery too!

+ shelf decor : the shelves are from Target! Baseball glove and ball are actually my dad’s from when he played in high school. The decorative cactus are also from Avery’s old room, bought them at Home Goods years ago! The little bull head we found at Hobby Lobby and the picture frame print I made myself! The little cowboy boots my girlfriend bought for his baby shower and I decided to put them up on the shelf!

+ blackout curtains

+ hanging light : set comes with 2 and we thought we might need two but honestly, the one brightens up the room enough so we’re using the other one elsewhere in the house!

+ lollipop baby camera : bought this cover for it!

+ name sign : we got off Etsy!

+ cowboy hat

+ cow canvas : bought at Hobby Lobby! Here is a similar one in black and white!

+ dressers : so we bought 2 of these. The measurements of the wall were a little funky because the door into the nursery is at an angle, so everything that we were originally looking at was too long for the wall, so we decided to go for two smaller ones side by side. I switched out the handles for these!

+ cloud humidifier/ night light: my mom got this and I have no idea from where! But it’s so cute!

+ wipe warmer
