Trader Joe’s Grocery Haul

Here’s a list of my go-to TJ items that are always in rotation! I’ll start with the snack I am literally eating right now as I type this lol.

Snacks

+ Middle Eastern style Flatbread

+ Roasted Red Pepper Hummus ( I love almost all of their different flavored hummus, but right now, this is the one I’ve been craving)

+ Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry cereal bars (my favs are the pumpkin ones that they have in the Fall)

+ Strawberry/Blueberry Yogurt Smoothies

+ Soft & Juicy Mango

+ Pea & ChickPea Crisps (good with hummus and/or cheese)

+ Cheddar Cheese Slices

Pastas

+ Penne Rigate Pasta

+ Organic Red Lentil Sedanini

+ Italian Capellini Pasta

+ Butternut Squash Ravioli (this is literally my favorite thing from TJs)

* we make a lot of different pasta dishes in our house

Veggies

+ Riced Cauliflower

+ Organic Shredded Kale

+ Organic Baby Spinach

+ Organic carrots

+ Artichokes (easily my favorite vegetable)

+ Cucumbers (great in olive oil with some pepper as a snack!)

+ Butternut Squash Zig Zags

Fruits

+ Bananas

+ Strawberries

+ Blueberries

+ Pomegranate Seeds (whenever I’m craving something sweet, I reach for these and always have them in the fridge!)

+ Apples ( I buy the pre-cut ones)

+ grapes (the cotton candy ones are so good when they have them in season!)

Lunch Things

+ Pasadena Salad ( I love taking salads to work for lunch)

+ Apple Turkey Sandwich (ahmazing)

+ Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

Meats

+ Chicken Breast

+ Ground Turkey Meat

+ Salmon

+ Steak

+ Italian Style Meatballs (these come frozen)

+ Pepperoni (we only buy this if Joey plans on making Pizza on the Ooni throughout the week or over the weekend)

*we always get tons of chicken and a thing of turkey meat, the rest just depends on what we’re making that week. I usually always try to at least have salmon once a week.

Breads

+ Sourdough bread (we get our regular bread at Pavilions)

Drinks

+ Sparkling Water (I always get at least one case to have on hand every time we grocery shop. I’m not a drinker so sometimes sparkling water is the perfect way for me to end a day lol, I love their flavored ones as well!)

Desserts

+ Dark Chocolate Mint Cremes (Joey can’t leave without getting a box of these)

+ Mini Mint Ice Cream Mouthfulls (these are so good and don’t leave you feeling super full)

*we also usually try whatever new thing they have during the month/season

Alright, well there you have it. We usually get basics like cases of water, milk, eggs, and bread at another grocery store if we need it!

  1. I do salmon once a week as well–love me some salmon!! How do you cook yours? I’ve been prepping filets with lemon infused olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning, cook them in the air fryer, and throwing them in a Cesar salad. It’s my favorite go-to meal. 😋

  2. Yes! We had a countertop one and then we had to replace our stove and we found one that has a built-in air frier and it has been amazing! I love having a bit more of my counter top back and for some reason, it feels much more effortless air frying in the ‘oven’. All that to say: I highly recommend! 🙂
