I have to say, I’m using the term “recipe” rather loosely. I don’t have any exact measurements to give you at all, but I’ll give you all the ingredients and then let you know that you’re going to have to wing it! I do, every time LOL.
We have a favorite Italian Restaurant at Downtown Disney and every time we go for pizza, I cannot eat pizza without complimenting it with an Italian cream soda. I have no clue how or why I first tried the drink, but I did and it’s been my favorite match made in heaven ever since! Now, if we get pizza anywhere else, I immediately crave an Italian cream soda. One time, after dinner, my husband went and asked the bartender how they make them so that we could copy the recipe at home, and after having the ingredients in my phone for probably a good year now- my husband brought home the ingredients one night last week and said now is the time we give it a try!
So we did, and it took some messing with the ingredients, adding a little more of this, less of that, to perfect the combination, but now I’d say I’m pretty good at winging it and getting the perfect drink each time!
I make a vanilla Italian cream soda, although you can make it chocolate, strawberry, or hazelnut as well.

Ingredients:
+ Pellegrino sparkling water (although any brand would probably work)
+ Half and Half Creamer (not flavored)
+ Ice
How-To :
- Add ice to a glass
- Add vanilla syrup to the bottom (however much you’d like)
- Add half and half creamer next, double the amount of the syrup
- Add an equal volume of sparkling water.
- Stir it all up and enjoy! If you’re feeling like there isn’t enough flavor, add more vanilla!
Link for my glass cup here! Comes in a pack of 6!
If you try it out, let me know!
