I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, fall is my all time favorite season of the year. The crispness of the air, the cozy sweaters, the boots (!!), and the PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING! I’m not sure if I’ve publicly admitted this before but for our November wedding, I actually bought (and had friends & family help) 200 white pumpkins of assorted sizes to help decorate the venue and dinner tables. Finding white was such a mission that I had friends from different cities go to their local pumpkin patches to help me collect as many white pumpkins as possible, since I had bought out all my local stops weeks before our wedding.
Needless to say, I really look forward to decorating for the fall season! If it weren’t for my husband (who looks forward to those winter pine scents), I’d honestly burn pumpkin scented candles all year round. Now that Halloween is over, it’s time to pack away all the skeletons and give the pumpkins their chance to shine (until Christmas comes around!)
In my opinion, you don’t have to go too crazy with decorations to really set the vibes within your space. A woodsy/pumpkin scented candle could easily do the trick!
