Last week I finally got the kid’s Easter baskets all ready and I have to say, doing things like Boo Baskets, Valentine’s Day baskets, Christmas stockings, all the special holiday things make the seasons so much more fun and have to be one of my favorite parts of motherhood.
Sharing and linking everything I got down below! For reference, my daughter is 5 years old and my son is 1 1/2 years old.
The clear egg “baskets” my husband bought last year, I believe he went and got them at Walmart when they went viral and were all over the internet lol. We’re starting a new tradition this year, since the kids already know we have these, we’re going to have my daughter set the eggs up on the kitchen table and leave a note for the Easter bunny. Then she’ll go to bed and we’ll fill them up with goodies for the morning!

Girl Basket
+ Uni the Unicorn book : this series is so cute! This is book #2, the illustrations and story are so cute and my daughter is obsessed with unicorns.
+ Zootopia Little Golden Book : I love collecting these because they’re so inexpensive and I feel like age really well and are something my kids can keep and even hold on to give to their kids some day! I love grabbing the Disney characters versions whenever my kids are in a phase. Right now, they’re all about Zootopia!
+ Judy Hopps stuffy : speaking of Zootopia, I found these little guys and instantly had to order! Linking the Nick Wilde one I got my son down below. They also have the Flash the sloth character!
+ mystery Disney princess character doll : I can’t find a link for the exact version I bought, it was in the Easter section and is packaged like an Easter egg. But I’m linking a similar “mystery” situation! I love the mystery boxes/balls because it’s some added suspense for kids.
+ Disney princess band-aids : sometimes I like to throw in some logical things that we need anyway!
+ school/activity white board/wipe off books: I found these in the Bullseye’s playground section and they were $3 each. I can’t find links for them but linking a similar situation. I thought these would be great because we’re going on a trip soon and figured these would be great to take on the airplane!
+ Easter nail stickers! I get these for every holiday and my daughter loves doing her own nails with them! I also like them and will wear some too when she shares!
+ mini keychain LCD scribble pad : these I found at Target and got a unicorn for my daughter and an owl for my son, they don’t have them online, so no links but thought they’d also make a great trip “toy” for the kids! They’re bascially these little pads, but smaller and attached to a keychain.
+ Lightening McQueen Easter Edition Cars: Okay, these Easter edition Cars go viral every year and sell out like IMMEDIATELY. I happened to be at Target the exact day that the employee was filling the shelf with them. Like literally, he was pulling them out of boxes. I obviously grabbed them immediately! I got this Easter egg print version for my daughter’s basket and then grabbed the Lightening McQueen with the Easter bunny ears and the Tow Mater Easter egg versions for my son’s basket. I looked them up online and some websites are reselling these for like $60!! I bought each for $5! I also grabbed some for my best friend’s son because I felt like it was my lucky day.
+ Unicorn attachment for scooter : so my daughter has a pink scooter and my son has recently been trying to steal it every time we’re outside. We got my son a blue scooter from the Easter Bunny but figured we had to make it a little even for our daughter. So we found this little attachment for her scooter!

Boy Basket
+ Mickey Mouse & Friends windbreaker jacket
+ Zootopia 2 Little Golden Book
+ Nick Wilde stuffy : really love these because they’re not a full sized stuffed animal.
+ Little Blue Truck’s Springtime book
+ Lightening McQueen & Tow Mater Easter Edition Cars: see details above ^^^
For the Easter eggs that we’ll hide around the house, I bought these to stuff them with!
+ mini unicorn figurines : bought from Hobby Lobby, linking but might be easier to search for in person if you have a store local to you! Found in the toy animal section. They come in a bag!
+ mini squishy toys : my kids are obsessed with these little squishy things and my daughter comes home with a different literally almost every day from school. I bought this box of 30 different styles off Amazon.
Happy Shopping!
