
I go for a run at least twice a week, sometimes 3x a week if I can sneak a weekend run in if my husband is home one of the days. I run for between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the time I have & weather!
When my running journey started, waaayyy back in high school when I was on the cross country team, I always ran in Nike running shoes, as I got older, I transitioned into wearing ASICS, then back to Nike, and now I’ve recently started wearing On running shoes. I have a few pairs that I wear for work and love them, so thought I should venture into getting an actual pair of running shoes from them as well. I started wearing them about 2 months ago and have to say, I love them!
When I’m running, I prefer to run in silence but sometimes like to throw on a podcast as well, but I’ll only run with one airpod in because I’m weird and still like to be able to hear my surroundings. I wear my apple watch as well and set a timer for the length of time I’m shooting for on any given day. The only other thing I take with me is my spibelt running belt, which I put my phone in and wear around my waist.
